Gamera and Monsterverse Godzilla would both be considered protectors of the Earth, but their ways of doing so are quite different. Godzilla's way is rather cold. Godzilla cares more about the overall biosphere as opposed to any individuals beings or species and isn't afraid of eliminating a potential treat and doesn't care if anyone or anything is in the way.
Jul 5, 2022 · Again unpopular opinion of mine, but the Monsterverse wasted so much potential. Godzilla vs Kong was utterly disappointing. The story was horrid, the characters were so bad compared to Skull Island and KOTM. The monster fights were spectacular but neither Godzilla or Kong felt like their Monsterverse versions.
May 5, 2022 · And Kong's species shows that a civilisation of giant humanoids is possible judging from that ancient throne room. Hell, Ultraman being a solar powered giant could also fit into the Monsterverse since there are Titans and other giant monsters that have been found to feed on or even get powered up by radiation as well.

There are actually two monsterverse games in the works. One is a mobile game where supposedly you play as humans attempting to fight back against the titans. The second is a 2.5D action adventure game set after the events of Godzilla vs King where you play as the titans to traverse a crumbling metropolis to unravel a mystery tied into the franchise, hopefully it has to do with hollow earth.

Well the foundations for Destroyah were already laid out, the oxygen destroyer weapon being used in Godzilla King of the monsters. I honestly don't think Destoroyah will ever be in the Monsterverse for two reasons: The future of the Monsterverse is ambiguous aside from the next movie and tv shows.
