It's a time capsule of 1993-1996 ANL has no definitive connection to now, it's timeless, but not in the good way, but in the it's such a generic thing it has no identification type way.

Forza Horizon 2 (2014) - Also on Xbox 360 but that is a different version with different features and inferior graphics.

Jul 14, 2020 · NBA Jam On Fire Edition should have been on the Switch day one. The Joy-Cons have four face buttons; Jam only uses three buttons. There's two Joy-Cons in the box; that's multiplayer Jam anywhere, anytime. The game has been ported to the Shield TV; the Switch is a fuckin' Shield TV. Unprecedented partnership, indeed.

May 25, 2022 · Roger Rabbit is still a masterpiece. It's definitely better, but a spiritual sequel in the modern day is… nice. It's got some flaws, doesn't have nearly as much money going into the animation but it's much less of an obnoxious corporate flex that Space Jam ANL and Ralph Breaks the Internet was.

Aug 30, 2024 · SNK 2 has tons of jarring sprite reuse from CPS2 games that don't fit the art style, but it also has tons of new sprites, plus a huge roster with a variety of fighting styles. It's excessive. Capcom Fighting Evolution was essentially nothing except asset reuse, but what that reuse added to was a very limited package.
