The only way to contact Travelgenio is by whatevere method they tell customers to use. I don't know if it's worth bothering to be honest because you won't be entitled to a refund unless you bought a fully refundable ticket, which I don't believe they offer.
Beware of Travelgenio on Skyscanner. 8 years ago. I've had two separate flights to book today. Both times I've seen amazing deals on Skyscanner. Both of them were through Travelgenio on Skycanner. The first one was advertised on Skyscanner as being $260 US dollars.
I am trying a contact regarding with Travelgenio, with a view to replanning or refunding the cancelled reservation 7506K2 without my knowledge or will. But it is virtually impossible to contact Travelgenio ou Travel2be. The site is confuse, doesn't have a mail for contact. They do not answer any call.
