Aug 22, 2023 · Have I calculated my Nottingham Score correctly? I have: 9 GCSE at level 9 so that gives me 32 points. Situational Judgement Band = 60 points UCAT. VR. 630 therefore 2x8 = 16 points DM 630 = 8 points QR. 700 = 8 points AR. 820 = 12 points I do have worked that correctly it gives me 136 total.
Leeds probably has nicer shops, but overall Nottingham just feels nicer to walk around. (Although Leeds have just opened a shopping centre i've not yet visited) All in all you're better off thinking about what is most important to you at each university/ city and then ask specific questions on that.

Depends how much you enjoy crime. Crime isn't a problem unless you're seriously stupid about locking your house or car etc. Also, the campus is patrolled 24 hours. Crime won't be an issue in first year. Don't make generalisations when you've probably never been to Nottingham, let alone been a victim of crime there. Reply 11.

I know I will opt for self-catered, and while location isn't that important to me, I would prefer a more social atmosphere.

Campus is lovely and green with lots of thing to do in the summer (Rowing on the lake for £5, Mini golf, walks) as well as things all year round such as going to the bars, Mooch where there's live music and quiz nights, etc. Campus also feels super safe and friendly with plenty of people around.
