Jul 10, 2020 · Airbnb Ireland is a UC, (not an LLC as I thought earlier - different country!) and all Airbnb hosts outside of the US and China transact through Airbnb Ireland UC. The EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform only applies to EU hosts obviously, (and not China) and UK hosts can use this resolution until Jan 1 2021 because of us leaving the EU.

Have you all seen the new legislation that has come in to force from 1st October 2023. I somewhat naively thought it would be reasonable and achievable actions that needed to tale place in order to comply. This a not the case at all.

If you are using desktop or notebook, pick "price" on the top bar menu. Then you will see the map on the right, with lots of tags with the prices that are within the chosen range of price.

The same flat in central London will probably exceed the threshold, but even then, there is tapered relief between £18,000 and £15000 from 0-100%.
