They can easily implement something to get over this issue, such as allowing topping up of specific amount, or charging reservations to credit cards separately as what other companies are doing, or allowing booking till negative balance to a certain threshold.

For such deliveries, is there anything required to be done before doing the deliveries or can just make a booking & straightaway proceed with the delivery? How about the Tribecar motorcycles?

Oct 9, 2020 · I've tried most of the car sharing services in Singapore - Getgo, Shariot, Carlite, Tribecar & BlueSG. An avenue to feel like I'm travelling during Covid. Here's my experience: Shariot: Glitchy app. Non-existent customer service / channels, and when they do respond, agents take a hostile stance.
