Horizon, like its parent airline Alaska, focuses on serving and selling items produced by West Coast. Coffee from fellow Seattle company Starbucks is served on all flights. Horizon Air was the first airline in the world to serve Starbucks coffee onboard its flights, beginning on February 1, 1990.
