Follow these four simple steps: Make sure you're within the correct time frames. Online check-in is available from 24 hours until 30 minutes before the flight leaves for domestic flights. For international travel, it's 24 hours until 90 minutes before departure. Enter your booking reference ( Where can I find this?) and last name to check in above.
To change to your booking online, retrieve your booking via Manage booking or log in to your Frequent Flyer account. Once you have retrieved your booking the 'change' button will be available for eligible bookings.
