  1. Fort Thomas is a home rule-class city in Campbell County, Kentucky, United States, on the southern bank of the Ohio River and the site of an 1890 US Army post. The population was 17,483 at the 2020 census, making it the largest city in Campbell County.

    • Tower Park. Guarding the entrance to this 187-acre park, which is partially on U.S. Army land, is the city’s most prominent landmark. This 102-foot water tower was built in 1890, and at its foot are cannons that were captured in Havana Harbor during the Spanish-American War (1898).
