May 14, 2024 · About the service. Programmes are aimed at helping seniors regain, maintain and optimise their ability and independence to do daily tasks which include: Physiotherapy – assessing and treating problems with mobility due to physical disability, trauma or illness such as stroke.
If assessed to be suitable for nursing home placement, the referring MSW will assist you to submit an application to AIC. Medical, nursing, social and financial assessments will be required to support the application. You may also indicate your preference for location, subject to availability.
