Indications/Uses. Treatment of dry, unproductive cough. Dosage/Direction for Use. Adult 2 tsp (10 mL) 4 hrly. Max: 12 tsp (60 mL)/day. Childn 6-12 yr 1 tsp (5 mL) 4 hrly. Max: 6 tsp (30 mL)/day. Administration. May be taken with or without food. Contraindications. Hypersensitivity to other antihistamines. Asthma, lower resp tract infections.
