Magini is from the Non MAU series Spider-Woman.

Magini is a magician that uses holograms to commit crimes.

Magini was captured by Spider-Woman after committing a crime and sent to prison. However, Magini was quickly able to escape. Magini then used his magic to make Mount Rushmore disappear. After the theft of Mount Rushmore, Magini demanded $10 billion or else he would continue to steal the world's landmarks. After not receiving the ransom Magini made the pyramids of Egypt, the Eiffel Tower, Big Ben, the Statue of Liberty, the Great Wall of China and the Golden Gate Bridge all disappear. Spider-Woman then deduced that Magini would steal the Golden Gate Bridge next and set a trap for him. Spider-Woman captured Magini at the Golden Gate Bridge and learned that his magic wand was actually a hologram projector. Magini had used the hologram projector to make it look like he stole all those landmarks when in fact they were never removed. Magini escaped and lured Spider-Woman to a house that he had set several traps in to defeat and humiliate the superheroine with, even tricking her into firing a venom-blast at a mirror and deflecting the attack back at Spider-Woman, temporarily blinding her. However, Spider-Woman, with some difficulty, avoided all the traps and captured Magini.
