In "A Noose for Nora" (October 24, 1960) he gets to try his first case as a defense attorney for accused killer Nora Sutton when the only other lawyer in town besides the prosecutor has come down sick. Not surprisingly, Brewster wins the case and gets Nora a suspended sentence.
