What is CRS. The Contractors Registration System (CRS) currently registers contractors providing construction and construction-related services for the public sector. From 1 June 2025, the CRS will be expanded to serve as a nation-wide registry of all construction firms that are hiring construction S Pass and/or Work Permit holders.
