Besides the smaller size, there are two distinctive features that separate Tambun Biscuit from Tow Sar Bing. The former has a thinner crust and is more compact, smoother. Him Heang was established in 1948. It was then housed in a shop on Bridge Street (now known as Jalan C.Y. Choy) in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. It then moved to the present 3-storey building located in Burmah Road in 1993.

Although many customers visited and bought the Tou Sa Piah at Him Heang, but their staffs were able to manage well their business also (first come first serve) and the staffs will be baked and packed properly the fresh Tou Sa Piah for customers.

Mar 25, 2018 · Bought 8 small boxes of Tar Siah Piah and 2 boxes of Beh Tar Saw. While i havent tried Ban Heang or Ghee Hiang. The Him Heang Tar Siah Piah and Beh Tar Saw are out of thsi world. Fresh pastry that lasts only 1 week or so - delicious beyond words.
