Visited R&F Mall on a weekday. It is easy to get to from the CIQ, just take the link bridge, but it is a 700m, sweaty walk. First impressions - more security personnel walking around than there are shoppers. All the businesses seem poorly patronised. Many vacant or yet-to-open units, making for a disappointing visit there.
