S&CC is due on the first day of every month and payable, without demand from the Town Council, by the lessees and tenants of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) flats, shops/offices and market/food stalls within Tanjong Pagar Town. We give our residents a one-month grace period to pay their S&CC.

Jun 26, 2023 · We are thrilled to announce that Tanjong Pagar Town Council has been officially inducted into the esteemed United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), marking a momentous milestone for our community.
Tanjong Pagar CC specialises in arts and ceramic courses which are conducted in the CC’s Pottery Workshop and Arts Studios. The CC also has its own kiln so that participants are able to make and take home their creation. In addition, it is the only CC to offer “finger-painting” courses.
As Tanjong Pagar Town Council’s inaugural Sustainability Champion, he also strongly supports sustainability causes such as the “Our Green MoCa” initiative. Under his tenure, the Town Council published its first sustainability report and implemented a 10-year sustainability masterplan to transform the town.
