Why is the government discontinuing Notarise? As most countries have lifted entry and domestic requirements related to COVID-19, Notαrise will stop issuing and hosting digital HealthCerts as of 1 May 2024. Singpass users should access your vaccination records through HealthHub moving forward.

Singapore residents (Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) travelling from Singapore to Vaccinated Travel Lanes’ (VTL) countries must notarise their vaccination certificates prior to travel (subject to further clarifications from the relevant authorities on their procedures).
