    The Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) is a self-help group that provides assistance to the Chinese community in Singapore. The CDAC contribution is a mandatory payment that is deducted from the employee’s CPF contribution. The CDAC contribution is used to support the various programs and initiatives run by the CDAC.
