The NS Portal will undergo maintenance from 22 Jul 2023 0000hrs to 22 Jul 2023 0030hrs. eServices Maintenance : The Manage Medical (eHealth) eService will undergo scheduled maintenance from 21 Jul 2023 1900 hrs to 22 Jul 2023 0800 hrs.
Amend a medical appointment (HSP or Medical Review) via Manage Medical (eHealth) on the OneNS Portal. You are limited to 1 amendment per appointment , and cannot amend your appointment less than 2 weeks from its scheduled date .
However, as eHealth and the OneNS Portal are 2 separate portals, you will be required to login again at eHealth even if you are currently logged in to the OneNS Portal. Please refer to the steps below for instructions on how to access the Manage Medical (eHealth) eService.
