After a sales launch is announced, you can apply for a flat online at the HDB Flat Portal during the application period. An non-refundable administrative fee of $10 (inclusive of GST) per application is payable by credit card (MasterCard/ Visa) or scanning the QR code using any of the supporting mobile payment apps.
Applications Received. 1. The number of flats is based on flats availability as of 1 June 2024. 2. The number of applications received is as at midnight on 14 June 2024. 3. Application rate refers to the number of applications divided by the number of units.
Apply for an HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter to commence your home buying journey. Receive your HFE letter in about a month’s time, after HDB has received all the required documents. Processing time is longer during peak periods, such as in the month of or before a sales launch.
