REACH is a collaborative effort between Institute of Mental Health – Child Guidance Clinic, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, National University Hospital, and the Ministry of Education (MOE). Piloted in 2007, REACH subsequently expanded to implement mental health services to all MOE-registered schools in Singapore.
