Hopping on the bandwagon after seeing photos of their dishes pop up on social media, we headed down to Chinatown Point to try their fare.

Kohaku Sabo offers a variety of tendon, udon and tea house dishes with Japanese and Western influences. Enjoy prawn tendon, premium tendon, vegetable tendon, seasonal tendon, mentaiko cream udon, tea latte and sweet potato brûlée.
Kohaku Sabo’s Japanese “Tea and Dessert” experience is available everyday from 1.30pm onwards. They also have a tempting kohaku matcha parfait and the option to customize your own lattes with flavours like black sugar and strawberries.
