You can apply for the levy waiver using Check and pay levy from the 1st of the following month after receiving the levy bill. You must apply within 1 year of the levy bill. If the waiver period you are applying for is from March 2024 to April 2024, you can submit the application between 1 June 2024 and 31 March 2025.
Applying for levy waiver. You will continue to be charged levy while your worker is on overseas leave. You can apply for a levy waiver when the worker returns to Singapore. To qualify for levy waiver, the overseas leave must be at least 7 consecutive days and the waiver period is capped at a maximum of 60 calendar days per calendar year.

You or your husband paid a total foreign domestic worker levy of $14,400 ($300 x 12 months + $450 x 12 months x two helpers) for your three helpers in 2023. You may claim the higher FDWL Relief of $10,800 on one helper only (i.e. $450 x 12 months x 2) for YA 2024.
