This Guidebook on Nursing Homes, recommended by the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Health Care for the Elderly, provides guidelines on the setting up of nursing homes and the standards of care and service. It serves as a reference source and guide which I hope existing and potential nursing home operators will find useful.
