The Singapore Cheshire Home aims to provide a “home” for the severely disabled who do not have adequate care. We strive to create a place where our beneficiaries are provided with care, rehabilitation and encouragement to lead a life to their fullest potential.
The Home provides both long term and short respite care for residents in a family-like environment where residents are also encouraged to undergo regular rehabilitation, engage in recreational and other stimulating activities and take up suitable employment opportunities.

The Singapore Cheshire Home was founded in 1957 with the aim to provide a "home" for the care of the seriously disabled having no or limited means and whose families, if any, are unable to provide adequate care.

We offer both residential care and day care services, which aims to provide a condusive environment for rehabilitation and maximises the potential for independant living. Our residential service have a capacity for up to 90 residents, and we cater to the young adult and middle aged: the elderly residents are those who have grown old in the Home.
The Home provides both long term and short "respite" care, rehabilitation, stimulating activity, employment opportunities, recreation and encouragement for the residents in an atmosphere as much like a family home as possible.
