1. Can I get a refund for the credit that I have used for a course if I am unable to attend the course or did not complete the course? If you are unable to attend the course, please cancel your claim submission at least 1 day before the course start date. If your claim has been paid, please contact your Training Provider (TP) to make the refund to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

The SkillsFuture Credit aims to encourage individuals to take ownership of their skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their S$500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses.
SCs can use the SkillsFuture Credit to deepen their skills in existing fields and to broaden their horizon in areas outside their current fields. Every SC aged 25 and above will receive an initial credit of $500.
