Admission to Northeastern University is highly selective. Applicants are admitted either as first-year or transfer students. Candidates who bring diverse experiences, perspectives, and interests to our community are identified by the Admissions Committee following a holistic application evaluation.
Students can pursue a six-month global co-op in over a dozen countries. New industry and research opportunities for engineering students have been added in such countries as Germany, Singapore, Panama, Tanzania, Italy.
