Dr Chui graduated from the National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) in 1990. He subsequently completed his basic surgical training and obtained his fellowship diploma in Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow (FRCS).
