Oct 29, 2017 · Go to your search bar and type in "Turn Windows Features on or off" A windows will pop up, search for "Legacy Components" Click the small + on the "Legacy Components" then mark the little box on "DirectPlay" Then click on okay and start up Commandos. This worked for me, now all old games/programs work for me, even games for Windows XP

Feb 17, 2017 · Go Properties then Local Files tab and click on Browse Local files. Now you should be in the Commandos folder. Right-click on Commandos.exe then go to Properties. Here you go to Compatibility tab and set Compatibility mode to Win 95 and check the Run as Administrator box.
