- Harlow Sculpture Trail. When Harlow was designed in the 1950s the lead planner Frederick Gibberd conceived the New Town as a place where the public would have access to important art.
- Harlow Museum and Walled Gardens. The town museum is in the stables and grounds of the 16th-century Mark Hall manor. This once distinguished residence was visited by Queen Elizabeth I and her entourage on three occasions.
