So I remembered when I started reading Kingdom and was around 300 chapters, readers said that Li Xin was a particularly low importance character in China's unification with his only major highlight being his defeat at Chu's hands and his friendship with the king.
Honestly Li Xin is balanced, his revenge form does have a weakness tho. Enemy teams with heavy cc can just lock you down and burst you to oblivion. I've gone through such matches, he's good when the enemy team has like only 1 champion with cc or up to 3, as soon as it gets to 3 to 5 enemies with some form cc, trust me you're going to have a rough game.

I felt so sad after knowing that the most well-known historical fact about Li xin (=Shin in actual history) is his terrible defeat in Chu. But i found some Korean documents telling it was not his fault. One document said Li xin failed because of an unpredicted betrayal.
Actually, Li Xin or Shin was chosen because of Hara's view that he was an obscure character in Warring States and Qin Unification Wars. There are actually VERY FEW instances of Shin being mentioned in historical Chinese annals when referring to the Warring States and the Unification War, besides his victories in Handan, Yan and Qi , and his devastating loss in Chu .
