Jul 7, 2023 · The Court of Appeal ruled that Ms Lim and former WP chief Low Thia Khiang were negligent in allowing control failures in the payments process that led to overpayment by AHTC. Ms Lim was also found liable to STC for awarding a contract to Red-Power at inflated rates.
