Take a closer look at the URLs, the second link you posted sounds like it is almost exactly what you want but it lacks the satellite view.

Try viewing the map in a satellite or terrain mode on you phone while online. It will cache the images of that area you are trying to hike at. Than you will be able to see the map in satellite mode while offline but it will only show you what you have viewed while you were online. make sure you zoom in as much as you need to.
