Apr 22, 2018 · I have the Artois MM and the Moreau celestin pm. I’ve been very impressed with Moreau quality. The leather handles are much thicker and sturdier than Artois. I like that the celestin is lightweight and malleable. It holds a lot and molds to my body. In comparison, the Artois is a stiffer and more structured bag.
Jan 29, 2006 · Goyard has very good customer service. I bought a Blue Fidji in 2007 and noticed that after a month the blue color was bleeding into the white paint areas. I sent the bag to SF after emailing them a picture. Since I bought it in Paris and it looks like the paint on the canvas was defectives they told me to send it to Paris for a replacement.

Both the handles and the canvas fabric eventually crack with weight and wear. It's a lovely bag, but it's not as durable as you might have heard. I had the white st. Louis Gm and I ended up selling on ebay.
Jan 25, 2016 · It is not normal for handles of a bag to crack in three months with light use. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service and quality of this bag. I say poor customer service because they refused to fix the bag free of charge or replace the bag. Buyers beware if you are considering a Goyard St. Louis tote.

Jul 30, 2023 · I usually carry my kindle, a sweater or throw, my neck pillow, magazines, toothbrush, hand cream, etc. It fits under the seat in front of my and it’s perfect. I have several other Goyard handbags (a Rouette, Anjou, and a Plumet) but I don’t bring them if I’m using the Artois. crisbac.
Jun 22, 2008 · Nov 8, 2021. #3. Goyard craftsmanship is impeccable, comparable to Hermès in my opinion. The print will show wear overtime, it can fade and lose some of its dots, especially in areas were there is a lot of rubbing. I personally do not mind it too much, it adds character and gives the bag a historical look (like the old trunks).
