Millennia Institute ( MI) is a centralised institute in Singapore offering three-year pre-university education. It is currently the only pre-university centre to offer the Commerce stream apart from the traditional arts and science streams offered by pre-university institutions.

Millennia Institute offers the GCE A-Level curriculum to our students. All students are required to offer 10 to 12 Academic Units of study including two compulsory Knowledge Skills subjects (General Paper and Project Work), four content-based subjects and Mother Tongue Language.
If you are a private candidate, current or ex-student of MI, polytechnic or ITE. If you are a private candidate, current or ex-student of MI, polytechnic or ITE, and are eligible to apply for JC courses through JAE, you will still be entitled to these bonus points, except affiliation bonus points.

Millennia Institute was established in 2004 with the merger of Outram Institute and Jurong Institute. It became the only centralised institute in Singapore offering a three-year General Certificate of Education (GCE) A-Level course and the commerce stream, in addition to the arts and science streams.
