My partner and I have had Nationwide accounts for over 30 years including a mortgage, current account, savings and credit card. We've always used the banking app on our mobile phones and can see all our accounts regardless of who's name they are in.
Sep 25, 2024 · Within 31 days of requesting the switch you must also: Deposit at least £1000 (cannot be transferred from another Nationwide account - there is no stated amount of time the deposit must remain in the account) Make one eligible debit card payment. Google/Apple/Samsung Pay are all acceptable for this condition.

My mum is having to fill out a benefits form & one of the questions is asking about her building society's (nationwide) roll or reference number? There's a stack of numbers on her statement, but i'm not sure how to properly decipher it. How do you find this out other than calling them?

But ... their current account isn't really designed for people who are in credit, as it pays 0% interest, which is rubbish.
Sep 5, 2024 · Information: From 1 December 2024, the FlexPlus monthly fee will go up from £13 a month to £18 a month. Bad news. Was ready for and anticipating a £2/month hike but this is going to warrant some research. Might be time for me to ditch.
