We advise making a reservation 1 month in advance to secure a table. We offer only tasting menus for lunch and dinner, there are no other menu formats available. As our tasting menu features raw ingredients (eg. seafood), guests are able to swap with dishes from our plant-forward tasting menu.

The tasting menu is pricey running ~485 singapore dollars with supplement. The night we visited it was a langoustine ravioli with white truffle to replace the smoked hen's egg. In normal fashion, we opted to just add it on instead for an additional 205 SGD.
