The only way a virus can get to you is if the torrent itself has a virus in it (as would be the case for any torrent). YTS.mx, like with other yts clones, just give you mp4s which afaik don't/can't have viruses.

I mean most people start ejaculating at a 1080p rip that is 1.5 gb and 720p rip that is 700 mb without even looking at the quality of picture. YIFY has done his work well. Jul 23, 2021 · I'm not saying yify is the only one guilty of such encodes. At the same time, I do think that yify has a legitimate place in the piracy community. Not every pirate has the data caps, internet speed, storage, or patience required to watch something at ultra high quality. They're pirates. They're trying to save money.
There's a reason why YIFY usually has the biggest number of active seed/peers. Yes it's safe. But for the good of your eyes don't download 720p from YIFY, only 1080. Yeah. Or go to yts dot mx. That’s the official site. Also, the general consensus is that all video files are safe regardless of source.
Feb 12, 2020 · The YTS version isn’t that bad considering it’s only 4gb. There’s a lot of lost detail in the picture and there is clear artefacting during action and dark scenes but it’s watchable. I think I’d still rather go for a slightly larger 1080p version over the 4K YTS one though if file size was an issue. 3. DolbyVision.
But YTS is like 1.5-2GB. If you download two files and compare YTS to something bigger, you can definitely see the difference, especially when it’s a dark scene, you can like see the pixelation. Jul 17, 2021 · If yes: download from elsewhere. If no: stay the course. They cater mostly to people in third world countries where there are data caps and/or slow connections. Their whole thing is to sacrifice quality for size, so of course they are inferior to proper releases where quality comes first.
Jun 16, 2020 · After YIFY was down, many copycats appeared, with the current one we know that still stands, YTS. However, they have improved their encoding settings substantially, using higher bitrates in their releases, and are even pushing 5.1 audio in their 1080p along with 4K releases (which I'm not covering in this post due to lack of time and the fact they haven't released too many 4K movies yet).
