Getting Started 1.1 When You can now use the EP eService to perform transactions related to: • Apply for EP, S Pass, Dependant's Pass, Training Employment Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or Letter of Consent • Renew an EP, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or Letter of Consent
EP Online can be used to apply for Employment Pass and S Pass visas, checking the EP Online status of this visas, issuing these visas, renewals and even cancellations. EP Online is a convenient system which allows both EP Holders and S Pass holders to update their residential addresses as well using the eService system.
There is no requirement to have an EP Online account as the login is for public access and available 24/7 for both employer and employees or HR consultants to access for information and update of Employment Pass status (EP Status).
EP Online is a portal for business employers and employment agencies to perform EP and S Pass transactions, reducing the processing time significantly as indicated above. An employer or authorised 3rd party can make an EP application.
Select the branches or divisions that you want to link to your Employment Pass (EP) account. Your company can then perform EP Online transactions for itself as well as for its branches or divisions, without the need for separate EP Online accounts.
