    Employment agencies (EAs) that breach the Employment Agencies Act, Employment Agencies Rules or Employment Agency Licence Conditionsmay be issued demerit points. EAs that commit severe infringements (e.g. illegal deployment of foreign workers, abuse of workers) may have their licence revoked.
