Dec 5, 2020 · Interesting fact: Paris' street layout was designed to allow easy canon fire so the military could control the city better during the next inevitable revolution. The French revolted a lot. Some say they're still revolting. As a side benefit, Paris is incredibly easy to navigate.
Sep 30, 2023 · Nice airport is very close to the city. Paris has 2 airports: take a flight to or from Orly there's less traffic. Flight is only 1h and a half compared to 6hours in train. Plus you don't get your luggage stolen when the train stops at Marseille.

There are very few bad boulangeries or patisseries in Paris, although there are a few exceptionally good ones.

Apr 6, 2024 · I have some tips for you : to reach Eze-Village (on the top of the hill), you can take a bus from nice. Then once you have visited the village (it’s very small) you can walk down the Nietzsche path, a 30 minute walk through the hill that feels like you’re diving into the blue sea. Bring sport shoes or sneakers though.
Sep 9, 2022 · One nice thing about hotels is they will hold your luggage if needed during check in and check out if timing doesn’t match up for you, no such luck with airbnbs usually. This is such a personal preference but you do get a fun taste of Paris in an Airbnb. Hotels have more services though. 3. Reply.
