HDB will only consider appeals with extenuating circumstances (such as no family support, financial hardship, medical needs and no alternative options) and with documentary proof. If you are making an appeal for flat purchase, please note that the entire set of outcomes on flat, grant and loan eligibility will be re-assessed holistically.
Rental Voucher for Families Waiting for New Flats. From July 2024, families eligible for the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme (PPHS) can apply for a rental voucher of $300 per month for a year, to rent an HDB flat/ bedroom on the open market. Apply here.
