Apr 7, 2020 · 08 Toyota Highlander Alternator 150 Amp or 130 amp. I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander 3.5L V6, changing the alternator. I pulled it out and interchanged the part number, looks like it's the original 150 amp. It will take a few days to get another 150 amp, my question is since 130 amp is optional, is it ok to install that one?
