The easiest way is to open OneDrive settings and stop the electronic arts folder from syncing and set keep files on this computer. We found the EA folder in C / VTRoot / HarddiskVolume2 / Users / (name) / Documents / Electronic Arts. VTRoot is some folder that is normally hidden, I have no idea why the game files decided to jump in there :P. Looks like that's some folder the Comodo Internet Security program creates.

If you just deleted the EA folder, you might look in your recycle bin for it. If it's there, select Restore to restore your EA folder. If it's not in the recycle bin you could login to Origin go to Games Library and right-click and select Repair on Sims 4. The folder should re-appear in Documents. I recently reinstalled origin and the sims 4, but the electronic arts and the sims 4 file isn't there. I've repaired multiple times but nothing works. The original reason why i reinstalled origin is because i accidentally deleted the resource file from my mods folder. please help!

If you follow the instructions exactly, it should work fine. It's still a good idea to make a backup copy of your Sims 4 user folder (the one in Documents\Electronic Arts) first, just in case something goes wrong. If you're not sure about one of the steps, feel free to ask questions. I don't work for EA.
