The Mendocino County Planning and Building Services Department encompasses the Current and Long Range Planning, Building, Code Enforcement, Vehicle Abatement, Cartographic Divisions and the County Water Agency. The Department of Agriculture is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 pm to 5pm.
