Midge Ure is a Scottish musician, singer-songwriter and producer who co-wrote and produced the charity single "Do They Know It's Christmas?". He also led the bands Slik, Thin Lizzy, Rich Kids, Visage and Ultravox, and had several solo hits in the 1980s.
