Oct 25, 2023 · Nightshade is a poison attack, and marking it as poison will almost certainly ensure that it fails its purpose, because it will be easily identified and filtered out by model trainers. If people follow that suggestion, it could end up breaking AI models even if they are trying to avoid anybody who opts out.
