Established as one of the first three departments of North South University in 1992, the Department of Economics is widely considered one of the top economics departments in Bangladesh. The department is home to 30 full-time faculty members including 18 Ph.D.-qualified faculty members.
Payment of Fees. Students must pay the total amount of their semester tuition and other fees on the day they register. The tuition fees must be paid to the NSU authorized bank in any mode of payment in Cash, Account transfer, Pay order, Bank draft, Debit card, Credit card etc. But personal cheques are not accepted.
The MBA at NSU is a 60-credit program (20 courses of 3 credits each) with five components – foundation courses (27 credits), advanced courses (15 credits), integrative courses (3 credits), concentration courses (12 credits) and open electives (3 credits).
The Registrar’s Office serves as the hub of all academic activities of the university, and promotes integrity through service. It is the first contact point for the enrolled students with all their queries and issues.
