Mar 2, 2024 · 02 Mar 2024 03:16 PM. One of the on air F1 pundits stated that this year, as well as Glass, Q customers, 'ordinary' TV viewers would now have access to the Sky F1 'red button'. Well, it hasn't appearied on my TV. I went onto 'Sky Help' (LOL), and have tried everything on their link to activate it, still nothing.
Apr 10, 2024 · Switch the Sky Q box off at the mains. Hold down the standby button on the front of the box, then switch it back on at the mains. Keep the standby button held down until you see alternating red and amber lights on the front of the box. This will start a software update. If the lights don't show after 30 seconds, repeat steps 1 to 3.

Mar 26, 2022 · By the way worked out how to record one match at least on red button. Go to the main match enter and you will get the list of red button matches, click record on the match you want! Hey presto, as long as you are not recording the main match in main menu it works. Sad you can only do one.

I clicked on the sport menu and then scrolled down to the football icon button. A row after the live games were the boost red button games. Report post.
Aug 6, 2023 · Check that the button isn't stuck. If it isn't have you tried a Q box reboot. To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains. Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Jul 29, 2023 · Hi. I've got up this morning to a few buttons not working on my sky Q remote, the search button, the right directional button & the voice control button so far. Looked inside at the batteries & there's white powder around 1 & the wrap around the other is coming away at 1 end. I've replaced the batteries & cleaned inside. Buttons still don't work.
Feb 15, 2023 · My sky glass puck remote doesn't work properly. I've tried the steps to repair it and that still didn't fix the problem. It seems to be the buttons. When I press the left side of the circle it turns the puck off. All the buttons just seem to do the wrong thing or nothing at all anymore. The voice control works but I can't then change channels.
